If those pics are really him 3.5 weeks out then he looks great. He has had 3 weeks since those pics as well so he could have improved a lot in that time.

I am impressed. He looks better than I thought he would. If he brings the condition he could do well. Still missing some size though but that's to be expected. It would be great if he beat Phil in the O later in the year.

Yes. He has trained with him a lot in the past. I think he prepped him this time. Dennis surprised me as that was a nasty injury to come back from.
