G’day everybody! I play football professional , and more for rehab purposes I intend to run test and deca at 250 mg each /week. Would it be enough for helping with my knee injuries?

Not really impressed with your dosages, I rather higher the test to 400 mg . I always run test more than deca.

I would rather get on test and dbol, but I don’t think 250 mg of test would do much helping your recovery.

EQ and tren e.Test destroys collagen synthasis and really dosnt work as good as people beleive in injury repair.Alflutop or adequan work great for some.

You better try to heal the injury seeing or continuing the treatment prescribed of an physician.

I am doing all the right things anyway, but I am just trying to speed up my recovery.

Im not sure How much it could help your knee Injury.
Honestly man if your a pro id just listen to your Dr`s and Trainers.
Although 250 Mg Of test and Deca per week never hurt anyone :)
Goodluck with that knee.... 500mg per week will do more then most think.
I know guys here localy that will use 1cc per week test only and Make real good Gains.... A Lot more so then before naturaly.

Don’t worry bro, do it this way, ten weeks and you going to feel much better. How old are you anyway?

Ever consider IGF-1? they use it on race horses to speed recovery from tendon injuries.

the deca works best at around 2mg per lb of bodyweight.
