    At what point would you consider someone is overdoing their cardio?say for somebody that is on a cutting diet but still want to maintaining muscle

    Benefits to cooking the oatmeal?

    In the most of my mornings I’m rushing so I usually make a shake to go. I mix 5 eggs 2 oranges 1 cup oats and scoop of whey and blend it and go. So my question is if there are any benefits to cooking the oatmeal rather than blending the raw oats?

    300g protein a day-big task!

    Eating more than 300 g of protein daily is damn hard. I’m just sick of tuna’s and chicken breast ‘s taste. Not that hungry to keep eating non stop, or thirsty to drink shakes all day.

    I wonder I can use yoghurt as my fruit portion for the day? or the fruits are better?

    Salad diet ?

    Read somewhere that eating salad before the main meals of the day will totally cut the appetite. Tried it the other day, but through my surprise what happened was quite the opposite. The salad made me hungrier than ever Not sure if to continue or to quit this diet. Thanks
