speaking of joints i hurt my right elbow today doing skull crushers on a incline bench. Maybe i shouldn't have been using the 45lb plates considering i haven't done this movement before.

Warm ups are still essential, especially for small joints like the elbows.
My accident has forced me to take some much needed time off to heal my elbow joints.
I will have to force myself to take it easy when I can lift again and hope my elbow is better. I was living on Aleve to mask the pain.
