Long time no see
This is a great way to train. It's just near impossible to do unless you own a gym or train at a certain time. I like to go giant sets but less volume due to not having the luxury of having aids watching machines and getting them ready. Pin loaded machines are good as they can be set up quickly. Then you could start on barbell squats and have a towel on something plate loaded such as a leg press or hack squat.
That's the issue at my gym if your not in there at 2 am the best you'll get is a couple stations and some db's at best ....but even that's a good challenge with enough sets
If I go in the evening I am lucky to find the db's I want :banghead:
Evening through the week definitely the worst....5 o'clock might as well bring a book cause you ain't lifting
I have never trained like that but it looks effective. Short and intense. I can see why he has his guys train twice daily after watching that video.
