I have a female friend who doesn't have much money but she's suffering from menopause. What should I give her? I told her to consider HRT for women and take 10mg of test a week.

I wouldn’t give her testosterone without medical evaluation. 10 mg/week isn’t an appropriate general menopause treatment, and testosterone can cause side effects if used unnecessarily. If she has typical menopause symptoms, she should speak with a clinician about lower-cost options, including whether standard menopausal hormone therapy or nonhormonal treatments are appropriate for her.
