1st Dbol cycle. How much AI is usually needed?

How much adex is generally required for dbol and test at these levels?

Your post cant really be answered properly bc how do we all know how much adex you will need? Its different for most people - some need zero & others need a bit or more.

How many cycles have you ran? This sounds like your first!

I personally would not take any unless the shit hits the fan!
Then start your dex low and work your way up if need be..

I usually carry a good bit of water, off of this dosage of test. With dbol being known for causing the bloat I'd like to know if people generally start on day 1 with an AI.

What would a sign be for you to start running a low dosage adex?

I don't take anything. The bloat goes away and is part of the game.

And here's where the individuality comes in. On 500mg of Test a week, an AI is mandatory for me. 12.5mg/day or 25mg eod of Aromasin. I don't use Arimidex.

I don't take any myself. I have used hcg once only because I ran 1g test 6l450 MG decade and from 50 up to 100 and back down to 50 dbol. 250 hcg a week

I have to take a full every day dose on dbol. Other compounds are less severe in terms of estrogen sides. I do exemestane personally.

I'd stick with the dose of ARIMIDEX your running during the cruise.
You can always adjust it if needed but I would bet that will suffice.
