28lbs in 6 weeks, little or no fat. maintained 22lbs of it

oh i also had another question for you......on one of the threads on AB you posted a shake that you used during your workouts.....could you also post that....ive been meaning to test that myself and since AB is down i cant find it.....

I dont recommend this to anyone without at least 5 cycles under their belt and some really good liver protector.

Test prop 100mg/ed wk 1-6
NPP 100mg/eod wk 1-6
Masteron 100mg/ed wk 1-6
Anadrol 100mg/ed wk 1-6

The Drink that I do for workouts (when all natural)

5g creatine monhydrate + phosphates
5g glutamine mono
1g L-arganine
in 50% fruit juice of choice 50% water.... shake and sip during workout
