Hy guys. I'm about 5'10 and 200lbs. I want to lose some fat and get more cut but stronger at the same time. I'm training about a year and a half. What can you recommend for me?
Clean diet and cardio 3-4 times a week. Along with your weight training..

Alright, you're right, you all have right. What's a good routine in order to get stronger faster? More weight with less reps or less weight with more reps?
