My girl doesn't eat meat and I of course do...We both supplement with SynthePure because it's pure whey protein isolate. There's none of the other crap in there that other companies use so no bloat or anything.

Get some Synthepure,,you cant go wrong. Thats ALL we use.

I would choose whey isolate over soy protein as well.

I'd stay away from soy.
