    Anybody agree?? Or do you find staying on diet was easier than training hard? What part of staying on diet do you have the toughest time with? For me, controlling my appetite in the evening was my bump to get over.

    Turbobusa

    Brothers, its with a torn and painful heart that I inform you that Turbobusa passed away Tuesday. He was a pillar of this board and loved by so many. He was a good man who always put others before himself. He will be intensely missed. Things do not seem the same without him. We love you T.

    … by Franco Columbo. Years ago, when I got serious about training, this book was my guide. I bet I read this thing from cover to cover 20 times. Franco is the reason I started deadlifting. I always admired Arnold but I think I always looked to Franco as my role model. Great stuff!

    Your impression of Deca and joint relief

    Was curious if any of you had any real world experience with deca and it helping with joint pains? … and your impression about that? I know it is supposed to help. Never seen a real study on that though. Seems it has helped me in the past. Coincidence?
